The FC140 3-in-1 welding machine is a lightweight and ultra-portable multifunctional welder that connects to 120-volt power. With an intuitive user interface and easy setup, users can weld in no time. This wire feed welder is an excellent choice for Flux-Cored welding, as well as suitable for Stick welding and Lift Tig welding.

For Flux core welding, the synergic adjustment function allows even a beginner to easily use the machine. The fine-tune voltage knob is generally in the middle position, with fine-tune adjustment of +/-2V. The Stick welding functions feature a built-in Hot-start that makes arc striking easier, and Arc-force provides smoother welding and deeper penetration, with Anti-stick easing electrode removal from the workpiece.

The FC140 offers auto protection against overheating, overcurrent, and short circuit, ensuring safe operation. It delivers outstanding arc stability with low spatter and deep penetration, making it an ideal choice for household and small workshop use.

The FC140 operates on AC110V (90~140V) power, with a rated input current of 39A (MIG), 43A (MMA), and 29A (TIG). The no-load voltage is 52±5V, and the welding current ranges from 20~140A (MIG & MMA) and 10~140A (TIG). The duty cycle is 35% (MIG), 30% (MMA), and 40% (TIG).

This welder supports Flux Core MIG wire, including Mild Steel E71TGS in 0.030 and 0.035-inch diameters, and electrode diameters from 1/16 to 1/8 inch (1.6 to 3.2mm). It can handle a wide range of electrode types, including AWS E6013, E7018, E6011, E6010, and E308L.

The FC140's advanced IGBT technology provides a unique control mode that improves the reliability of the welding machine, delivering smoother welding and deeper penetration with a stable welding current. The humanized operation design includes an LED light that can be easily turned on and off with a 3-second press of the function button, making it convenient to work in unlit environments.
